John Koval and Kim Lobdell—professionals with more than 30 years experience supplying products to the construction industry—founded the Koval Group, LLC in April 2010.  John was working to supply countertops while Kim was representing a company that produced cabinets when they started working together.  It was clear to them both that offering a complete package for construction projects to provide consolidated products and services to the construction industry was a valuable idea.  They could combine the construction needs of the kitchen area that requires cabinets, countertops, hardware and installation into one source.  They also envisioned another package that would include interior doors and trim components.
